The tobacco used for TOSCANO® Master Aged undergoes a longer curing process than the standard Toscano® cigar. Starting on the 5th day of aging, the product is checked daily for specific humidity and temperature standards, which must be maintained consistently. The entire aging process lasts a total of at least 360 days, using special aging cells. This specific production process creates the rounded, balanced, and unique flavor of TOSCANO® Master Aged.
